Traveling Gluten Free

Traveling this summer and trying to keep Gluten out of your diet? Here's a resource that can help you plan ahead. Just remember it's very unlikely that any restaurant offering a gluten-free menu will have a designated GF kitchen or prep area. They may not even have separate counters or utensils for GF food. It's always best when you don't have control over the preparation of food you're eating to carry an enzyme formula with you that is designed to both digest gluten and assist in quieting the inflammatory response in the gut that can occur if a gluten-sensitive person eats gluten. CFN can test you for a formula that's right for you if you do't have one already.
